Client asked for a unique barbecue that would stand out next to the King's Table at dinner parties. This is the finished "Cowboy Cooker", Joe's Artesian Grill.

Side Wheel being fabricated
Joe repurposed an old plow disc to create the side wheel to raise and lower the grill into the sunken fire pit.
